Back In The States

Former Nets center, Nenad Krstic, was playing for the Triumph Moscow this season after no NBA team offered him what he was hoping to receive salary wise. The Oklahoma City Thunder have been watching Krstic in Russia, when they finally agreed that he was finally healthy and worth the money he wanted.
Today, Krstic and the Thunder agreed to a deal estimated around $15 millions for 3 years. The Nets still hold his rights and can match the contract, but chances are slim as the Nets are looking to clear space for the 2010 free agency season.

The signing for the Thunder was a very good one. Don't expect them to get anywhere this season, as they hold the leagues worst record, 2-24. For the future, this is a great re-building move for them, since Krstic is a young talent. The Thunder will need to make some moves this offseason, but this is a good start.
