Shake Up Saturday For The Top 10

Yesterday was a crazy day for the college basketball world, especially the Top 10. There were upsets, blowouts, and buzzer beaters. Let's see how the Top 10 fared.

#1 North Carolina kept on rolling, blowing out Valparaiso 85-63. Tyler Hansborough put up 25 points, with Deon Thopson bringing in 6 boards.

#2 Connecticut held on late against #7 Gonzaga. The game went to overtime when Connecticut got a huge 3 point shot from A.J Price. In overtime, UCONN held on to the lead, winning 88-83.

#4 Oklahoma looked strong against VCU, defeating them 81-70. Blake Griffin had 8 rebounds and Tony Crocker had a career high 26 points.

The game of the day, #5 Texas was stunned by #22 Michigan State, 67-63. Durell Summers hit a late 3 point shot to take the lead with 18 seconds left.

#6 Duke ran through #7 Xavier, 82-64. Jon Scheyer put up 23 points, while Junior Brian Zoubek recorded 4 blocks.

#9 Louisville could not handle undefeated Minnesota, losing 70-64. Al Nolan put up 18 points and Blake Hoffarber sank 4 three pointers.
